From June 1, the Château de Mercuès is inaugurating a new gourmet interlude: Le Festin du Château. Every Sunday during the summer season, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., enjoy a gourmet brunch/buffet created by our chef Clément Costes. In the unique atmosphere of the château, let yourself be seduced by a panoply of sweet and savoury dishes carefully prepared in a spirit of conviviality and refinement.
At lunchtime, take a seat on the terrace for an exceptional bistronomic experience imagined by Chef Clément Costes to enhance your summer lunches. In the afternoons, from 2pm to 7pm, enjoy a selection of gourmet snacks, and every fine-weather day from 10am to 11pm, cocktails and drinks are served.
