To mark International Malbec Day on April 17, the Vigouroux family, owners of Château de Haute-Serre and Château de Mercuès, is launching a major initiative: Malbec Cocorico.

This initiative aims to strengthen Malbec’s regional roots in its homeland, Cahors, France.

Schedule of events from April 17 to 24:

An exclusive culinary experience: the “Réveille ton terroir” menu. A gourmet menu created by Clément Costes, showcasing local ingredients, is offered to provide you with a unique culinary experience.
An exceptional cocktail for the occasion: our sommelier and bartender have created a bold concoction featuring the Les Ailes de Mercuès cuvée. A refreshing cocktail, perfect for sunny days, designed to reveal the Malbec’s fruity character and delicious freshness through subtle, perfectly balanced pairings.

A new gourmet menu by Clément Costes

A new gourmet menu specially designed for the reopening will be introduced, featuring exceptional local produce and refined techniques to offer a unique sensory experience.

The restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Sunday inclusive and for lunch on Saturday and Sunday.

Lunch: 12:15 p.m. to 1 p.m. (last arrival)

Dinner: 7:15 p.m. to 9 p.m. (last arrival)

The gourmet restaurant welcomes you in two dining rooms. Dinner is served in the elegant dining room in winter, and in the historic courtyard or on the terrace with panoramic views in summer.
