Gastronomic Restaurant

Recognized in the major guidebooks, including the Michelin Guide 2017 with one star, the cuisine at Château de Mercuès is dedicated to helping epicureans discover the flavors of the Quercy region, including black truffles, saffron, lamb and Cahors Malbec. A selection of exceptional products, subtle variations and bold combinations of flavors characterize this fine cuisine with its accents of terroir and refinement.

From February onwards, the Château de Mercuès gourmet restaurant will be open for dinner on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from 7.15pm to 9pm, last arrival. Pets are not allowed in the dining room and courtyard, but must be kept on a leash. The restaurant (dining room and courtyard) and bar are NON-SMOKING.

The wine list highlights the richness of the Occitanie wine-growing region, featuring the G.Vigouroux family vintages, as well as vintages from French and foreign vineyards.
