Toques & Truffes is an annual wine and food festival dedicated to the “diamond of Quercy”: the black truffle. It’s an exploration of the beauty of this local, fleeting, and precious delicacy, paired with the great Malbecs of the Vigouroux family.
Toques & Truffes is a vibrant, gourmet celebration that has been organized for the past 12 years by Christine Vigouroux, who works passionately to showcase the region’s natural and culinary heritage.
Over a month of varied, immersive, and epicurean experiences centered on Tuber melanosporum (the famous black truffle of Lalbenque) are on offer.
To bring this event to life, two iconic venues embodying the Malbec art of living, dear to the Vigouroux family: The Château de Haute-Serre, whose wine-grower’s restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide, and the Château de Mercuès, a Relais & Châteaux property, a 4-star hotel awarded a Michelin Key, and a gourmet restaurant.
