Toques & Truffes is an exceptional annual gastronomic festival dedicated to the Quercy diamond: the black truffle. An exploration of the beauty of this local, ephemeral and precious delicacy, in harmony with the great Malbecs of the Vigouroux family, supported for 10 years by Christine Vigouroux, who works passionately to promote the Lot's natural and gastronomic heritage.On the program this year: Truffle & Malbec tasting workshops, Truffle cooking courses, 100% truffle menus and stays, Truffle hunting experience with a dog (harvest), Winegrower evenings...
On February 17 and 18, a leading figure in French cuisine will showcase his talents alongside Michelin-starred chef Julien Poisot: Patrick Bertron. Head chef at the emblematic Relais Bernard Loiseau for over 20 years, Patrick Bertron is continuing this legacy.
